At 8:33 on Thursday morning, 32-year-old Courtney Sanford wrote on Facebook, writing, “The happy song makes me so HAPPY.” The police were shockingly called that same morning at 8:34 regarding an accident.
It was only discovered that there was a link between the Facebook post and the occurrence when Ms. Sanford’s friends saw that her posts online corresponded with the crash. A representative for the High Point Police Department, Lieutenant Chris Weisner, characterized the crash as an actual public service announcement.
