Six-year-old TikTok star Joules Smith, lovingly known as the “little dancing queen,” tragically passed away on December 9, 2024, after a heartbreaking battle with diffuse intrinsic pontine glioma (DIPG), a rare and aggressive brain tumor typically affecting children aged 5 to 7. Her parents, Joe and Esha, revealed they spent every possible moment with their daughter during her final weeks, staying by her side until she passed peacefully in their bed. Diagnosed in May, Joules was given only nine months to live, and her family dedicated her remaining time to making her final months as joyful and memorable as possible. Her TikTok followers honored her through the touching “Dancing for Joules” trend, raising awareness about terminal childhood illness.
