Michael, trapped in an unhappy marriage, cheats on his wife Sarah with a woman named Emma. During a business trip, loneliness drives him to use an anonymous dating app where he meets Emma. Their connection quickly turns into a one-night stand. When Michael returns home, Sarah is excited about her mother’s visit, which he had forgotten.
