Jake Ramsey, 24, was asleep when he received a heartbreaking voicemail from his father, Jeff Ramsey, who was trapped inside an RV as rising floodwaters engulfed the area in Kerrville, Texas. Alongside his wife Tanya, Jeff used his final moments to record messages for his children, Jake and Rachel. “He said, ‘Buddy. I love you so much. It doesn’t look like we are going to make it.
