My Sister Took Back the Car She Sold Me After I Upgraded It, So I Taught Her a Lesson

It started when Jessica sold her beat-up old car to her brother, Dustin, for a symbolic amount. As a car enthusiast, Dustin saw potential in it and spent $5,000 and countless hours restoring it.

One morning, Jessica barged into Dustin’s house, demanding the car back, claiming she never officially transferred the documents. She needed it because her husband Tom’s car broke down. Dustin’s parents sided with her, citing her children as justification.

“Alright, Jessica,” Dustin said, reluctantly handing over the keys. However, he had a backup plan. Dustin had installed a GPS and camera in the car, revealing Jessica’s plan to flip it for profit. “Look, I know you hate it, but Dustin did a lot. It’s going to be worth something big,” she told Tom.

Dustin visited a lawyer with evidence and sent Jessica a formal letter. She stormed in, furious, but Dustin calmly stated, “Either you transfer the car’s title to me, or I take this to court.” Realizing she was cornered, Jessica signed the necessary documents, making the car legally Dustin’s.

“Are you happy now?” Gabi asked as she made tacos for dinner. “Yes,” Dustin replied. “Jess needed to learn that she can’t walk all over me just because she’s older.”
