My Fiancé’s Ex-wife Called Me on the Night after My Engagement – She Saved Me from the Biggest Mistake

Claire’s engagement night takes a shocking turn when she receives a mysterious warning from her fiancé’s ex-wife, Marissa. The unexpected call fills Claire with unsettling questions, leading her to uncover secrets about the man she loves.

Brandon proposed to Claire in their living room, and she eagerly accepted. “Claire,” he said, “there’s something I need to talk about.” He revealed that his ex-wife was troubled, a part of his past he wanted to leave behind. Claire reassured him, “We don’t have to talk about it if you don’t want to.”

Later, Claire received a call from Marissa, Brandon’s ex-wife, warning her about Brandon. “If you don’t listen to me, it will cost you everything,” Marissa said, urging Claire to check the prenuptial agreement carefully. Claire was skeptical but agreed to read it.

Brandon handed Claire the prenup, which had severe terms. “It’s just to protect both of us,” he claimed. Claire’s trust began to falter as she remembered Marissa’s warning.

Claire investigated further, opening Brandon’s safe using his birthdate in reverse. Inside, she found stacks of cash and property documents, confirming Marissa’s warning. Marissa advised, “Protect yourself. Brandon knows how to manipulate emotions.”

Claire decided to leave Brandon. She packed her things and left him a note: “I know all your lies, Brandon. Don’t ever show your face again.” Claire left, determined to start anew, free from Brandon’s deceit.
