Today, we mourn the loss of a true pillar of strength – Lord Robert Fellowes, the beloved uncle of Prince Harry and Prince William. With heavy hearts, we remember the remarkable legacy he leaves behind.

A Trusted Advisor and a Beacon of Support

In times of turmoil and challenges, Lord Robert Fellowes proved to be an unwavering source of support for the royal family. Not only was he married to Jane Fellowes, but he also served as the late Queen’s private secretary from 1990 to 1999.

During the tumultuous year of 1992, often referred to as the “annus horribilis” for the royal family, Lord Robert stood by the Queen’s side, providing invaluable guidance and strength. From Prince Charles’s troubled marriage to Prince Andrew’s breakup and the devastating fire at Windsor Castle, Lord Robert remained a loyal and trusted advisor.
