My Husband Bought First Class Tickets for

My husband Clark booked first-class for himself and his mom, leaving me stuck in economy with the kids. But I wasn’t about to sit back and let them enjoy their “luxury” without a little turbulence. On our holiday flight, Clark smugly told me he’d upgraded himself and his mom to first class, leaving me with two kids in the back. I was fuming, but a petty idea quickly formed. As we boarded, I secretly grabbed Clark’s wallet while he was distracted. The real fun began when, two hours into the flight, I watched Clark frantically search for his wallet as the flight attendants served gourmet meals in first class.

When he came down to economy asking for money, I sweetly offered him $200, knowing he needed $1500. I even suggested he ask his mom for help. The look on his face was priceless. The rest of the flight was awkward, and Clark’s mood soured as he realized he’d have to ask his mom to bail him out. By the end of the flight, I was still holding onto his wallet, savoring the sweet justice. Sometimes, a little creative revenge makes for the best journey!
