Do you wake up every night between 3 and 5 am? You may be having a spiritual awakening

Many people struggle to adopt habits that improve sleep quality, leading to exhaustion and moodiness upon waking. Often, individuals wake up multiple times during the night without realizing it. These brief awakenings, sometimes lasting seconds, can disrupt sleep.

These awakenings may relate to the sleep cycle, which includes light sleep, deep sleep, and REM sleep. REM sleep, where dreams occur, happens more frequently in the early morning hours.

Some attribute these disturbances to aging or sleep apnea, but another explanation points to the “Witching Hour,” between 3 and 5 am, when mysterious energy phenomena are believed to occur.

According to ancient Chinese Qi Energy theory, the body’s meridians are linked to different times of day, and waking during this time could signal a blockage or weakness in these energy channels. The Lung Meridian, associated with freedom, and the Large Intestine Meridian, related to detox, are particularly active during these hours.

If you wake up between 3-5 am, consider whether something is troubling you that your meridian is trying to warn you about.
